On a normal weekday, I typically start my day off with protein: a 3-egg veggie omelette with my favorite hot sauce (Cholula). However, on the weekends, I like to treat myself to some oatmeal with blueberries, ground flax seeds, chia seeds, and walnuts. Always remember to treat yourself a bit on the weekends!
