Roasted Chickpea Snacks

I'm always on the search for healthy snacks and spoke to my friend Ian who gave me the idea of roasted chickpea snacks. They're really easy to make: Just mix 2 cans of chickpeas with whatever spices/seasonings you want (I used salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika) and pop them in an oven for 45 minutes - 1 hour at 375. You can use them to snack on like popcorn or add to salads.
